What are the deal terms?

‍Fusion & Arkin are committed to investing $500,000 in companies selected to the Digital Health track:

$400,000 SAFE based on a valuation cap of $2.5M, with an additional $100,000 investment provided through an uncapped SAFE with MFN (Most Favored Nation) clause.

The extra $100,000 will be invested alongside incoming new investors, subsequent to the company securing $250,000 in fresh funding.

What does the investment process look like?

We run a quick investment process. Fusion VC & Arkin Digital Health is investing immediately in every company that is accepted to go through our new Digital Health track. It takes us up to 3 weeks from the first meeting to decide whether we'll make an offer (send a Term Sheet). We don't like to waste founders' time. Our screening process is entirely virtual & remote. What’s the timeline for the program?

We intend to kick off the program in Tel Aviv and execute the roadshow to NYC & Boston in Q4 2024.

We've already raised capital. Can we still apply? Is the deal negotiable?

We backed Israeli-led start-ups that have raised initial capital from private investors & VCs and/or have been “on the road” for a while.

Valuation isn't negotiable. We offer the same terms for all participating companies.
